She sat on the edge of a cliff inhaling the moonlight<\/span><\/p>\n

Silver dripped into her watery lungs as her feet dangled over the edge the<\/span><\/p>\n

Wind carried away all her feelings and gave her<\/span><\/p>\n

A reason to fall to her death.<\/span><\/p>\n

All her tears drifted away on the mountainous air and<\/span><\/p>\n

The stars twinkled brightly reaching to her aid<\/span><\/p>\n

Gave her a soft landing on a pillow of light<\/span><\/p>\n

The feathers were tethered to every lock of her hair<\/span><\/p>\n

And she stifled a sob as she cried with all her might.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rain never let up that night.<\/span><\/p>\n

The wolves found a treat for their young who were hungry they<\/span><\/p>\n

Nuzzled her shoulder only to find her eyes were<\/span><\/p>\n

Open and breath escape from her frame, the wolves knew<\/span><\/p>\n

They were one and the same.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dragged her through leaves to a cave in the west they<\/span><\/p>\n

Could watch the sunrise easily.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the horizon was painted with fire and roses<\/span><\/p>\n

She tried to remember what that feeling was like.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forgetting herself, she started to shiver<\/span><\/p>\n

Burying her face into the wolves grey fur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Said \u201cIf I had a lover, she\u2019s be strong and beautiful<\/span><\/p>\n

Grey and wise and warm, just like you.<\/span><\/p>\n

But I\u2019m on my own and that will never change.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
